Learn moreCustomWebX Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited is a Pakistan-incorporated software company developing websites, custom business applications, communications systems and automation for businesses worldwide.
A website may be the first thing someone sees, but the useful work often continues behind it. A business might need a stronger explanation of its services, a place to manage customer records, a communications workflow or controls for the people operating the application. CustomWebX works across these connected needs.
Our focus is practical software development: understand the problem, define a useful scope and build the interface, data and integrations that support it. We approach public content and internal workflows as parts of the same business rather than treating design and backend work as unrelated deliveries.
The company is led by Sufyan Rasheed and collaborates remotely with businesses beyond Pakistan. Projects are shaped around the customer’s requirements, available infrastructure and the way the system will be used after launch. We prefer a clear first release and an operating path over a long list of features without a defined purpose.
The capabilities connect where a business needs a complete system.

Learn moreA defined arrangement for fixes, updates, improvements and the operating details after delivery.
Learn moreKandrex and the related LeadGateway application work bring together communications interfaces, backend services, contacts, teams and operational administration. Building these parts reveals the details that a polished demonstration alone does not show: access boundaries, provider failures, account changes and the need to investigate what happened.
The wider portfolio also includes ScrapeStack data workflows and ApplyHub career automation. Those projects focus on different tasks, but the development questions remain practical: what information enters the system, what the user needs to do with it and how the next step becomes clearer.
We use this experience to inform a new project without assuming that it needs every module from an existing product. A dedicated CRM does not automatically need telecom onboarding; a public website does not need a customer dashboard; an automation should not introduce more infrastructure than its workload requires. The scope follows the business problem.
These principles guide the work from the initial brief through the release.
We identify the main workflow, delivery boundary and dependencies so both sides can review what is being built.
A redesign or extension begins with the current pages, records and deployment. Useful routes and functionality should not disappear without a reason.
Roles and record permissions belong in the backend. Private provider credentials should not become browser code.
Progress, availability and performance claims must have a basis. We do not fill missing records with invented metrics.
The proposal considers provider accounts, hosting, administration and support as well as the interface.
Reviewable increments help identify the right changes while preserving working functionality.
You do not need a finished technical specification to start a conversation. Explain what is difficult today, who is involved and what a useful result would look like. Existing links, screenshots, sample records and constraints help us understand the context.
We then work through requirements, scope and a delivery plan. Design and development are reviewed in stages, followed by testing, revision and deployment within the agreed scope. Changes that affect the delivery boundary or commercial terms are discussed explicitly.
For a dedicated system, the agreement also covers source access, ownership or licensing, infrastructure and maintenance. For a branded telecom offering, it covers the provider and operating responsibilities. These details make the relationship easier to manage after the first release.
